Tok Tokkie Shuttle Services

We are situated at Shop 5 Ellmer Building, C/O Frans Indongo Street and Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue, Windhoek, Namibia. The Manager and Owner is Ronald Motsang and have operated the business from the start in 2012. We have also registered the company in Botswana with effect from 03 March 2017 but do not have an office due to COVID-19 effects. We are working on having an office once we implement the route fully.

We currently run a fleet of two 14 seater quantum’s and four 7-seater vehicles. Depending on the request and demands of clients, we are able to source more vehicles from our operating partners to ensure clients request are fulfilled.

Tok Tokkie Shuttles Namibia offers weekly schedule all the way to Gaborone, Botswana and from Windhoek. We do pick-ups and drop-offs for cross-border only along the towns that we pass i.e. Gobabis, Buitepos, Charles Hill, Kang and Jwaneng. Pick-up and drop-offs can also be arranged from Hosea Kutako International Airport.

We provide taxi, airport shuttle transfers and bus schedule shuttle services that is safe, air-conditioned with separate adjustable seats, safety belts and headrests. As part of Namibia Tourism Board requirements, drivers who wish to operate shuttle services have attended an intense first aid course and vehicles are equipped with first aid kits and fire extinguisher. For further peace of mind, all our vehicles have public passenger liability cover and public transport permits.

Collection can be arranged from home, hotels, etc with drop-off at your destinations. Advanced bookings are essential to ensure we do provide our service on time and as per the scheduled times agreed.
